Overview

This service is a 1 on 1 hour long session focusing on the specific needs, weaknesses, and goals of the client. We help people looking for muscle gain, strength gain, weight loss, and athletic training or sport specific training. We also offer specific programs for those looking to compete in Strongman and Powerlifting competitions.

Typical Session

  • Warm up movements to get the body prepared for the workout

  • Strength work or main movements of the day

  • We transition to our assistance work to address any weaknesses

  • We finish with some conditioning.

Length of Session and Pricing

  • An hour long session is typically $50.00 an hour.

  • Discounts are given for multiple sessions purchased at one time. Please contact us for more information.
