Overview

This service is for individuals or families who don’t mind a group size of 2-5 athletes that share the same goals. This can be a fun way to attain your fitness goals with your friends or family. This service is subject to availability.

Typical Workout

  • Warm up movements to get the body prepared for the workout

  • Strength work or main movements of the day

  • We transition to our assistance work to address any weaknesses

  • We finish with some conditioning.

Length of Session and Pricing

  • An hour long session

  • Pricing is dependent of the size of the group
